• Utilize all available resources and networks, including Job Boards and LinkedIn, to successfully source new candidates for active and prospective opportunities.
• Provide exceptional internal service to Sales, Recruitment, and Management functions.
• Post and monitor job openings and responses on various web search engines and the Airswift website.
• Effectively utilize the company’s ATS (Bullhorn), alongside web searches, networking, and advertising efforts.
• Report on lead generation performance, demonstrating accountability and commitment to identifying new opportunities.
• Maintain and foster relationships with new and existing candidates within their assigned industry and/or discipline.

All the responsibilities described above are performed in English.
