My name is Anna, and I am 32 years old. I have been living in Burton for the past 20 years and hold a full UK driving licence. I studied at the University of Derby, where I graduated with a degree in Building Information Modelling and Interior Design.
Following the Covid-19 pandemic, I chose to pursue a career in recruitment, where I have now gained over four years of experience. Throughout my recruitment career, I have worked closely with both clients and candidates, managing staff resourcing, registrations, and maintaining strong professional relationships. My role has required strong organisational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
I am currently employed and on a four-week notice period. I am now seeking new challenges and opportunities where I can continue to develop my skills and contribute positively to a forward-thinking organisation.
I have four years of experience in recruitment, including three years in remote recruitment and one year working on-site as a Support Manager. In these roles, I have managed staff resourcing, registrations, and maintained strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment processes.
Prior to this, I spent three years working as an Interior Designer in an office-based role, where I developed strong organisational, creative, and project coordination skills.
I completed my GCSEs at Robert Sutton Catholic High School, achieving Grades 1–5 above Grade C. I then attended Paulet High School & 6th Form College, where I studied Business Studies, IT, and Art.
I went on to study at the University of Derby, completing a postgraduate qualification in Architectural Venue Design, followed by one year of postgraduate study in Building Information Modelling.
