Senior Sales Negotiator at Pentland Homes (2025-05 – Present)

As a Senior Sales Executive, I am responsible for the day-to-day running of six new build developments across Kent. My role includes managing the full sales progression process, liaising with customers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and estate agents throughout the sales journey to ensure a smooth conveyancing process from reservation through to exchange and completion. I also ensure the developments are always presented to a high standard, follow up and convert new leads, assist with marketing activities and attend regular site project review meetings to support the successful delivery of each development.

New Homes Sales Negotiator at Crest Nicholson PLC (2024-09 – 2025-05)

Based on a large development in Ashford, I managed enquiries, conducted a high volume of viewings, negotiated sales and guided customers through the reservation process. Selling many homes off-plan gave me valuable experience presenting properties from technical drawings and working closely with all parties to progress sales efficiently and keep property chains moving.

New Homes Sales Negotiator at Connells, Land & New Homes (2021-05 – 2024-10)

Working across several developments in Ashford, I managed customers throughout their buying journey from first enquiry to legal completion. The role involved negotiating sales, progressing chains, maintaining strong relationships with developers, solicitors, financial advisors and estate agents. I was also responsible for maintaining the presentation of each development while consistently delivering a high standard of customer service and assisted site managers with home demos.

I developed a loyal client base by making every appointment feel personal and enjoyable whilst consistently achieving my sales targets. The store was extremely busy, but I always believed customers should feel welcomed, listened to and looked after whilst keeping appointments on schedule, something I still carry with me in my career today.
