Providing a professional yet genuine assistance to artists and entourage whether a big act or small, keeping the artist up to date on travel and information changes. Assisting well known artists onto the right stage at the right time for their set so audiences aren’t left waiting, and the festival runs smoothly.
Preparing the correct riders for artist dressing rooms and turning them around for the next.

This role was more customer focused, with helping them gain knowledge on the festival act and keeping the festival goers safe when travelling to and from the festival site.
An important part of my role was to provide an atmosphere to and from the location to create a vibe matching that of the festival.

As an event organiser I hired the venue to promote the event online through ticket sales sites, social media and to Khariis’(the artists) followers. Rehearsed the show with multiple artists and band members that were hired for the event. Profit was made through ticket sales online and at the door as well as sales from merchandise.

Organised the event promoting through posters in the already busy venue in Clapham. Managed the hiring of a sound engineer to link the computer lyrics speakers and projector altogether.

Band Promoter- Helsinki V
Sold merchandise and CDs as singles and albums for the band once they played at Swindon Festival. Hosted a stand representing the band and provided a silent disco for customers over three days at the festival.

This job held a lot of responsibility because I was dealing with customers' bank details and withdrew large amounts of money for insurance on cars, houses, businesses and boats. I wrote and posted renewals, used a coded system (CDL), online banking and answered the phone for the company.
