• Collaborated with the pharmacy team, learning about psychiatric medications, prescribing processes and medication management for patients
• Received training in schizophrenia diagnosis using the PANSS Scale — a 30-category behavioural assessment tool scored on a 7-point scale producing a score out of 161 to determine type and severity of schizophrenia
