Dog Hotel Staff - Dogotel - Hillington

My duties at the Dog Hotel consist of feeding and administering medication, deep cleaning daily, assure all dogs are walked on the paddock and are healthy and happy. There is also a Cat Hotel on site where I also partake in the daily cleaning regime, along with keeping the cats happy, clean and fed. I also greet customers, check the pets into the hotel as well as answering the phone.

At Tk Maxx it's a very customer focussed job. Every day is different, and involves of being on the the tills, dealing with customers, handling payments, refunds and complaints. I also dealt with stock taking, stock flowing and the maintenance on the shop floor which is ensuring everything is tidy and in the correct departments.

At RTC I specialised in train-based holidays and day trips. I planned from start to finish the UK and worldwide holidays. I would correspond with companies/ suppliers to book all parts of the tours, including hotels, transport and so much more.
Alongside this I was taking phone calls, dealing with customer queries and complaints, dealing with over 50 emails a day, paying and processing invoices, recording information on excel, sending bulk emails, stock taking, writing formal letters to customers and the list goes on. To ensure all my targets were met, I documented using EXCEL the progress of each tour. To do this, I used different colours to symbolise the current stage of each element.
This has to be done as we had deadlines that must be met and allowed us to see if our targets have been reached.
Careers and progressions Business Administrator - The College Of West Anglia

At CWA I helped to support students with their progression by helping them with work placement and choosing their future career options. I booked students in for career meetings, and would partake in these meetings. In the meetings I would help them update their student portal and discuss where they were at with future career choices and would help answer any questions.
We as staff would work towards a target of how many meetings we must partake in and record how successful each meeting was. I also completed general office duties such as emailing, printing and scanning daily. Some days I worked close to the LRC team which means I am withdrawing books and helping students to study.
