Opening the premises early morning and closing the premises securely at night. Dealing with the general public daily including customer complaints and delegating jobs and roles to other members of staff at the start of their shifts, including what is expected of them during their shift regarding the money belt tracking system and their positions in the restaurant throughout the day.
Very confident in role as team leader and approachable by many members of staff if they have any problems regarding their work or other team members. Dealing with problems efficiently and discreetly and gaining respect from team.
