• Creating, implementing and analysing a Social Media strategy for 24 social channels across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Ensuring content creation and key messaging for each channel in line with the different brand identities - working with Brand Managers to maximise key global target audience reached.
• Brand Management of key areas of the company including campaign planning and management, NPD design and implementation, POS management and brand awareness.
• Community management across all channels, responding to all comments, likes, shares, questions, reposting UGC and hosting competitions.
• Managing a budget to create a large variety of awareness campaigns and targeted translated adverts to key global markets with the aim of increasing sales.
• Planning and styling photoshoots with external photographers and videographers, to create high quality, branded content.
• Working closely with the Head of Creative to create graphics, photography and video of the highest quality and standard to fit with each brand's social media aesthetics.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends and insights.
• Maintaining relationships and communicating with influencers and whisky experts online to create strong social campaigns which raise awareness of our brands and increase reach.
• Analysing social statistics for each channel monthly and communicating findings to Directors and Senior Management.
