As a crew member, I hold many responsibilities. This involves ensuring that customers' food is prepared correctly and on time under pressure. I also handle the POS system and upsell our products when appropriate to meet our daily target.
At the end of my shifts, I spend some time cleaning the store (sweeping, mopping, taking out the bins) to meet the health and safety requirements and assist management in stocking up the restaurant for the next day. Working in this fast-paced environment has allowed me to sharpen my attention to detail, my confidence in taking further responsibilities at work, and keep me flexible on shifts.

As a waitress, I work in establishments ranging from 5-star hotels, such as the Turnberry hotel, to VIP guest suites at concert venues. I focus on ensuring guests have the best possible experience.
