I have been a fulltime worker for 8 and a half years at Lidl as an Order Picker and just over 6 years as a Training Mentor. I am one of the best Order Pickers and Training Mentors at Lidl. As a Training Mentor my job is to provide the best training possible and ensure that trainees are happy with the training provided to help them become fantastic pickers.

I see myself as a Team Leader who team members can talk to and as a role model who shows good example to work mates. I am willing to learn new skills to better my career at Lidl. I am a highly motivated worker with excellent timekeeping and work ethic, willing to commit 100% effort to my employer.
