A committed Test Manager / Test Assurance Lead with over 25 years’ experience in IT, having successfully passed the ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager; and fully experienced in all aspects of the Project and Testing lifecycle.
Particular experience with System, Integration, Regression and User Acceptance Testing.
Experienced in Test Analysis and Design, preparation of Test Scenarios and Cases, Hands-on Test Execution, Defect Management, Stakeholder Management and Risk Based Testing.
In depth experience of delivering an onshore / offshore model, working with third party suppliers, and overcoming the challenges that this can present.
An enthusiastic, well organised, self-motivated individual, willing to take ownership of issues, displaying sound judgment and analytical skills, who works equally as well as part of a team or individually and is willing to go the extra mile to deliver what is required.
Accredited as a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance (Jan 21).
