With over two decades of experience, I progressed to an executive level in the legal sector as a company director of a law firm, Amosu Robinshaw Solicitors, and now my own notary business, pulling on my knowledge as a qualified lawyer and Notary Public. In parallel, I am using my board exposure to build a portfolio career.

I navigate complex business environments, scaling and growing companies and showcasing my commercial credentials by delivering at volume without compromising quality or service. I believe in working hard and smart, thriving in high-pressure environments, applying innovative thinking to drive efficiencies and embracing technology and digital.

People are the cornerstone of business: I mentor, develop and support talent, boosting operational performance through upskilling, and outlining development plans that enable role progression. Constantly adapting and evolving, I quickly assimilate into new cultures and environments, hitting the ground running and delivering results.

• Launched a new notary service in South London by establishing a fully-digital business operation offering notarial services to individuals and businesses with over 900 assignments completed to date.
• Expanded Amosu Robinshaw Solicitors with the opening of a new office in Croydon, managed the entire setup process, and, following the closure of the original operation in Vauxhall Bridge, integrated all staff into one central location.
• Experienced lawyer, working on some of the most high profile crime cases in UK in last 20 years.
• Broke new ground using video links instead of face-to-face prison visits and made substantial time savings.
• Adapted law firm in response to challenging economic times, applied an alternative consultant operating model that allowed solicitors to bring in their own work and promoted use of the Crown Court Digital Case System (CCDCS).
• Rebranded firm to diversify into local private legal assignments and enabled access to an alternative revenue stream.
• Responded to consultations as Black Solicitor’s Network Board Member, including the issue of courts opening at the weekends to address the backlog caused by the global pandemic, ED&I, and Post Six Year Run-Off Cover (PSYROC).
• Acted as an Independent Trainer and Consultant for Appropriate Adults at the police station.
