I have a strive to succeed in the work I carry out, and always working with the company best interest in order to get my work carried out and to increase revenue of the company, where I believe I can be of greater help to the company I will always be willing to put myself forward to help and further grow in the business, by learning new areas of the company as well as new skills to be of greater asset to the company as well as to be ever greater of an asset in my work force. I have an ambition to grow in a company and to reach greater heights when the opportunity becomes available and always give my insight and feedback for instance when a part of the role may encounter a challenge, I would put this forward to make the company, role run smoother and effectively for everyone so that we work greater as a team and overcome any obstacles together as a company. Carrying out surveyors in the social housing sector for various U.K housing providers as well as Private homeowners, where they have current issues with mould, condensation or insufficient ventilation withing their dwellings.

• Taking measurements of the area of mould present within properties for treatment.
• Determine the route cause of mould and condensation in properties.
• Find sufficient routes in order to install extraction fans and/or Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) units within a property.
• Carrying out scans of areas of the building to ensure loft and cavity wall insulation is still to standard as per building regulations.
• Feeding back any information back to housing provider, in relation to condition and safety of not only the property but also resident/s.
• Updating data base regularly on each Survey and logging information.
• Booking in jobs with tenants.
• Covering West Midlands region as well as other regions when demand gets greater.
