An experienced, focused, reliable and hardworking buyer with 30 years experience of working in FMCG, food, engineering and manufacturing industry in an office based commercial setting.
I’ve just completed a year working as a trainee driving instructor, unfortunately failed the final part 3 exam, so looking for a temporary role while I assess longer term options.
A focused, reliable and hardworking buyer who has experience of working in FMCG, food, engineering and manufacturing industries. I have experience in all aspects of purchasing such as budget allocation, supplier management and introducing cost saving initiatives. I enjoy the challenge of a busy and demanding work load, I am a resourceful individual with excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
I retain a willingness to learn, shown by always seeking out new opportunities and ways to further develop my skill base. I am a strong team player with an open and helpful approach towards others with experience of leading and mentoring teams. I have a ‘can do’ attitude and am able to adapt to any given situation.
I am an Associate member of CIPS, currently placed on Level 5 of the Advanced Diploma.
