I’m a BACP member and an accredited Addictions Specialist with over 25+ years of experience in the field of alcohol and other drug and behavioural dependencies. I also have extensive involvement in the treatment of dual diagnosis and borderline personality disorder as well as eating disorders. I am an accredited practitioner of both Cognitive Analytic Therapy and dialectical behavioural therapy and provide other mindfulness-based therapies such as ACT (Action Commitment Therapy) MBRP (Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention.
I also offer Polyvagal informed trauma-informed therapy in my clinical work.
