I have a lot of relevant skills: communication skills improved during my Mystery Shopping work experience by interacting with employees with different backgrounds and attitudes to gauge customer service; problem-solving skills improved during my various jobs as a sales assistant by adapting at remaining calm in stressful situations and effectively assisting a variety of customers; organisational skills improved during my call centre and data entry job by note-taking, time management, and prioritizing help agents to handle daily workloads; team-working skills improved during my student council member experience by promoting communication channels between students and Student Union and analytical skills improved during my experience as the president of the Maths Society by organising maths quizzes and games to be used in the events. I have also the IT skills (Python, SQL, R and SAS knowledge) and data skills (Data Modelling, Data Visualisation, Data Mining and Statistical Modelling learned in my BSc Maths course with an obtained First grade and my MSc Data Analytics course with an obtained Distinction grade.
