I am a pragmatic and innovative Client Relations professional in the financial services and banking industry who has proven success leading the delivery of high-profile development projects from the initial concept through to fruition. During my career I have established strong and loyal client bases through the delivery of dedicated services.

It is imperative that I remain self-educated in all applicable regulations to ensure that complete compliance is delivered throughout all functions. I proactively identify any existing or emerging risks and implement measures to mitigate them materialising or escalating.
In my recent position as the Operations Department Consultant for Deloitte based at Credit Suisse, (prior to relocating to the U.K.) I was responsible for performing daily cash and positional reconciliations and producing break reports and collaborating in the delivery of department projects and update the manual cash statements.
Prior to this role I was the Head of the Assistants Desk at Octogone Fund Management where I led the daily operations of the team to process clients’ instructions and to manage clients’ accounts. I facilitated the FX trades and sales orders, and managed the opening of new accounts. My duties entailed reconciling cash and security between the business and custodians, and making sure that all compensation and travel agreements were present for new AUM’s.
I was also the Client Relationship Officer for Global Private Portfolio Management where I developed the brand-new Broker Dealer business function which involved creating and embedding the business strategies, reporting functions and fee structures. I provided the leadership and governance during periods of absence from the CEO, and maintained the securities database.
My objective now is to seek the opportunity to utilise my aforementioned competencies whilst developing my knowledge and skill-set further.
