At Shayona Enterprise, I served as a Customer Service Assistant from 2020 to 2022. My role involved providing friendly and professional customer service, optimising product placement and inventory management for an organised store layout, and collaborating with the team to maintain a clean and efficient store environment. I also effectively resolved customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.

I achieved a First-Class Honors degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Portsmouth from 2020 to 2023. My final year project focused on studying the anticancer effects of Schisandrin B in combination with 5-FU on human colon cancer cells, earning an 85% grade for the dissertation. Throughout my course, I developed strong research skills, acquired proficiency in cell culture techniques, data analysis, and gained in-depth knowledge of cancer biology, particularly related to colon cancer.
