I am a dedicated and motivated individual and I have seven years of experience within the retail Sector. During this time, I have developed a strong set of transferable skills suited to administration including data entry and effective communication with customers to resolve queries or escalate concerns appropriately. I work well both independently and as part of a team, completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

I have Microsoft knowledge and am a fast learner when using in-house systems, and pride myself on being reliable, polite, and maintaining excellent timekeeping and professionalism.
