I enjoy working with others and helping out in different types of situations that may at times seem challenging. I'm seeking to gain new experience and work outside of my comfort zone so that I can build upon the skills I already have. I tend to focus on my goals which helps me to achieve in the workplace.
I am team-oriented and I feel that I can bring my strengths to an already established team and can enhance and compliment the current workforce while also being able to work independently and get on with the task at hand when needed. I have expertise in handling diverse tasks including checking shipments, processing customer payments and reviewing documents. I can also adapt to my environment and change the way I work if needed based upon the team I'm working with and the situation.

I undertook work experience in Game for a month and learned many valuable skills as this was my first time experiencing a working environment. I was responsible for stock counting and handling money when serving customers. It was a faced paced environment and taught me how to work under pressure at busy periods. I was able to get to know the people there and ask them questions about their job experiences.

I've been working at Cineworld for 2 years now and in that time have gained many skills working within this career. I'm responsible as I'm able to carry out end of day tasks and ensure that everything is in order and set up for the following day. I can handle customer complaints and resolve issues without the need of a managers input, ensuring that all customers are happy and satisfied with the service provided.
I can use my programming skills to set up the cinema show times and make sure that everything is running smoothly. This experience has allowed me to get to grips with a working environment and learn how to manage my time effectively. I've enjoyed my time working in Cineworld but feel that I've learned all I can about the role and can use my new skills to better myself and move forward in my career, allowing me to work towards my future goals.
