My impressive academic ability came from long hours of dedication to my school work and a strong work ethic. I have initiative and resilience. One of my strong points is time management and organisation which I have demonstrated when volunteering at my school library organising all the books to go onto the shelves after they had been checked out by the librarian all during my lunch break and my highly developed communication skills allow me to engage with others.
I never give up and I have a good sense of commitment. I complete everything to an excellent standard in a school and work environment. I am able to communicate with the general public and provide good customer service due to my work experience at Specsavers.
I am a compassionate, emphatic and caring individual. It is part of my character to aid others in times of need. I am also happy to give everything a go and be confident in challenging situations. During my Bronze DofE expedition, I learnt how to rely on my teammates and contribute appropriately by dividing roles and responsibilities fairly within my group as well as successfully empathising with them during this challenging time, which led me to becoming the DofE team leader.
During my years in Karate, I have learned that a disciplined and hard-working nature is required and so I have adapted myself to become this.
