I am looking to join a company where I can use my existing administrative skills and customer service expertise, to grow in my field and develop life long skills to enhance my career in HR.
Alongside my experience with administrative and customer service roles, I am starting a Level 3 HR course, which I hope to complete by May 2024.
I pride myself on being a kind and compassionate individual, who can remain professional and reliable in the workplace. People skills are my key focus and where my talent lie. I find I am able to easily engage with individuals from all walks of life, and develop a rapport which allows an amazing customer relationship.
I am hardworking, reliable, and always strive to produce the best work possible. Most importantly, I am keen to learn. I am looking to learn all skills relating to HR, therefore a position where I can grow within the company would be ideal for me.

Performing safety checks on patients prior to admission for surgery- requiring high attention to detail
Accompanying patients from ward to theatre and reassuring them and their families- requiring strong communication skills and empathy.
Monitoring time taken to complete parts of the surgical procedure- good time keeping skills.
Checking equipment before, during and post operation – High standard of work to ensure no mistakes are made.
