Overall, I am quite confident within different work or education settings/ environments as I am open to learning new skills. I currently have quite a lot of experience with such different roles and skills as I have had a selection of job roles throughout my teenage years.

Waitress & kitchen staff at Tingley garden Centre

Within this job role I had to make sure that the customers got the best possible experience with my customer service. I helped out in the kitchen area & I took payments and orders. This was a very fast paced environment & I had to make sure that everyone was satisfied, if they were unsure on what to order I recommended specials and new menu items to them too. I also helped out a lot in the kitchen with food prep, planning and organizing meals for the upcoming weeks/events.

Cleaner/ Carer at Private Business

Within this part time job role, I went into houses and made sure they were made to be the cleanest living environment possible. I did this by sanitizing all surfaces, hovering, sweeping and mopping all floors and making sure all spaces were hygienic and sanitized. I also made the clients breakfast, with a choice or hot or cold drink, also making sure they had their dinner prepared for later.

Business management at Private Business

Within this job role, I had set tasks such as promoting, packing and shipping. A relative of mine had an online business selling beauty/clothing related items, I assisted with packing orders, ready for delivery & organization of orders, addresses and stock. This job was very fast paced as it was involving a business with a high amount of orders each day. I had to make sure everything was done correctly otherwise orders may be sent incorrectly etc.
