Flight Editor at British Airways (2023-09 – Present)

Responsible for reviewing, updating, and managing flight schedules and data to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with operational standards. Duties also include conducting passport and visa checks to ensure travel documentation meets international requirements, and communicating with different border force and immigration officers of countries all around the world. Also supports supervisory functions by assisting and guiding agents, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to company procedures.

Working airport shift hours and ensuring best ability at all times during the morning/night. This also entailed dealing with cancelled flights and finding alternative routes for passengers and finding solutions to best fit the need of them.

Game Assistant Manager at Gatwick Ground Services (2013-01 – 2023-01)

As an Assistant Manager I had a plethora of roles to fulfil to assist my team and ensure each day runs smoothly and without faults.

• Customer Service: helping with any customer queries or complaints, assisting colleagues with customer support tasks, aiding all 8 types of customers and ensuring customers leave the store having received the best possible service provided by my team.
• Sales: stationed on tills, completing customer purchases. Would often stretch outside the box to sell and attach items that will benefit both the customer and the store. Received praise for ingenuity on several occasions.
• Managerial Skills: locking down the store, ensuring everything is closed and security is working correctly. Completing end-of-the-day tasks to the best of ability. Often stayed behind after work to ensure basic tasks are done and the shop is to a standard level before leaving. Writing handover notes for the next day to ensure they are kept up to speed with the days events/tasks that need to be done.
