Responsible for reviewing, updating, and managing flight schedules and data to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with operational standards. Duties also include conducting passport and visa checks to ensure travel documentation meets international requirements, and communicating with different border force and immigration officers of countries all around the world. Also supports supervisory functions by assisting and guiding agents, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to company procedures.
Working airport shift hours and ensuring best ability at all times during the morning/night. This also entailed dealing with cancelled flights and finding alternative routes for passengers and finding solutions to best fit the need of them.
