I am a Junior Business Analyst at Moneybarn, a leading provider of vehicle finance for customers with non-standard credit history. I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Dr. M V Jayaraman College of Engineering, Bangalore, and completed my Master's degree in Business Analytics and Big Data from the University of Liverpool Management School.

I have certifications in Tableau Desktop Specialist and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and I am skilled in strategic analysis, agile and waterfall methodologies, and SQL.

In my current role, I have contributed to enhancing the efficiency, compliance, and customer treatment of various business processes, such as data retention, dealer warranty, recovery agents, and payment plans. I have performed impact assessments, conducted requirements sessions, utilized BPMN for business process visualization, produced comprehensive business requirement documentation, and analysed and aligned current and future processes with service delivery objectives. • Streamlined the New Business Onboarding process by automating the acceptance of dealer warranty forms, leading to a increase in processing speed and a reduction in manual work hours.
