• A technology driven ERP Project Manager/ Release Manager/SAP Senior Consultant/Project and Technical Manager with over 14 years SAP experience including SAP implementation, support, and upgrade projects.
• SAP systems Manager and Lead in different Outsourcing/Consultant groups and implementing projects using AGILE methodologies. Part of at least 4 SAP implementation life cycles.
• Manage and deliver SAP S4HANA short term projects on-cloud/on-premise. 
• Plan, organize, control, staff and manage Project(s) using AGILE methodologies.
• Determine what RICEFs are needed by all business units and allocate them to the developers accordingly.
• Find the best solutions and best resources to provide excellent solutions within the budget
• Work with leadership team and collaborate with other IT team managers and members.
• Part of Centre Of Excellence team and provide inputs and validate the new tools and methodologies developed for various projects. Direct and coordinate with Data Migration process.
• Worked extensively on interfacing sap with legacy and other SAP systems. Resolution of EDI/IDOC for inbound and outbound interfaces. Well versed in Analysis, Design and Development of business applications using SAP Development Workbench Tools.
• Part of Centre Of Excellence team and provide inputs and validate the new tools and methodologies developed for various projects. Direct and coordinate with Data Migration process.

• Good knowledge of ABAP OBJECTS, SAP-BW-ABAP, IDOC, ALE, EDI and SAP Enhancements.

  Experience in setting up of EDI ports, EDI partner profiles, IDocs Usage and ALE configurations. 

• Directly and indirectly supervise staff members in the development, implementation, and delivery of systems to business and or technical requirements
• Expertise in data transfer through Batch Data Communication (BDC), legacy system migration workbench (LSMW), BAPI, BADI, Reports, Dialog Programming, Module Pool Programming, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, ADOBE INTERACTIVE FORMS WEB DYNPRO and User Exits
• Experience in systems specifications analysis, testing methodology and test plan formulation. Proficient in OSS Notes, Debugging, Runtime Analysis, Performance Tuning, Transaction Variants and monitoring XI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership skills and customer interaction skills. Structured team player with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction as well as in a team.
• Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle, ASAP methodology and advocating projects based on AGILE methodologies.

  Proven track record in Change Management for highly complex and integrated applications and environments, with a demonstrable track record in planning, coordinating and delivering RFCs in a safe, effective manner with minimal risk to production environments

• Demonstrative ability to define, establish and manage change management processes and procedures for complex and highly integrated ERP solutions
• As appropriate set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinate work activities with other supervisors. Take accountability for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function. Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
• Significant experience of Service management, Change Management and Quality Management techniques gained through IT program / project delivery and in an IT support environment
• Experience of working within multi-location teams
• Excellent experience in client-facing roles within blue chip organizations
• Ability to work and team with a multitude of different people within and outside of IT to balance demands.

  Good numerate / numerate / mathematical ability

Bachelors in Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science from J N T University, Hyderabad, India in 2006.
