Archie Brooks

I am a friendly and creative individual with a 5 year background in creative art and design education. I also have 5 years of kitchen experience to fund those years of education. I have learned to work under pressure and quickly adapt from these experiences and I'm able to work with a team to complete a goal efficiently.

These experiences have also taught me consideration and communication to ensure efficiency. I have also learned crucial skills for customer service and would be capable in a role that requires this. I am always open to learn and do my best to take on anything I can.

This role was to raise money for a trip to Morocco with the company World Challenge that never happened due to Covid. The £500 was donated to the Beaumont House charity instead.

• Having a clear understanding of health and sanitation as well as preparing food for customers with particular requirements, having consideration for others.

• The skills and understanding of how to introduce a new employee into the workspace and ensure they understand and remain safe while I am training them.
• How to interact with customers and how to aid with accessibility needs any time I'm out of the kitchen.
• How to handle dangerous equipment safely and how to be aware of my surroundings while carrying out tasks with potential risk to ensure the safety of myself and others while maintaining an organised clean workspace.
