I am a results-driven communications manager, copywriter, and content writer. As the Partnerships and Communications Manager at TDT, I spearhead the development and execution of strategies aimed at maximising our engagement and impact within the sector. Central to my role is fostering open, collaborative relationships to ensure our interactions are constructive and our impact remains positive.
I oversee our relationships with delivery partners for NPQ and other activities, ensuring timely and effective communication. My responsibility includes coordinating across the organisation to facilitate smooth information flow and maintaining high-quality partnerships that are valuable now and in the future.
I also play a vital role in stakeholder management, drafting and overseeing communications materials, including website content, blogs, and press releases. This involves collaborating with team members to produce impactful and effective content while ensuring alignment with TDT’s branding, messaging, equality, diversity, and inclusion values.
I am currently leading the redesign of our website, overseeing the project from inception to launch. I designed a meticulous process to evaluate proposals from four design companies, ensuring their RFPs were comprehensive, transparent, and aligned with our requirements. After carefully selecting our final design partner, I am now managing the project’s implementation, ensuring it adheres to the project milestones and quality expectations to deliver a user-centric and impactful digital platform.
Beyond the website initiative, I have successfully led several key projects. These include coordinating the recruitment process for NPQ course participants for Autumn 2024 and fostering collaboration with 15 Delivery Partners to ensure smooth communication and alignment. Additionally, I played a central role in organising The Festival of Education, where I planned and managed the participation of nearly 20 speakers.
My contributions extended to serving as an on-stage chair for a significant education talk on the CPD Entitlement Report.
These experiences reflect my ability to lead complex, high-stakes projects, engage diverse stakeholders, and deliver results aligned with organisational objectives.
