•Analyzing and reviewing of Budget Cost estimates from various functions within the company and preparing the overall P&L. Development of effective cost savings techniques without compromising on sales margin and volume. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales volume, sales price, purchase volume, purchase price and overhead variance report
•Successfully delivered more than 15% savings versus Annual Cost Budget in 2018/19, through successful implementation of multiple cost savings initiatives targeted towards rationalizing structural costs, raw and packaging costs as well as distribution costs
