• I have worked with customers from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that they get the most out of their experience while making it easy and enjoyable.
• One of my main responsibilities at Lynnwood Vehicle Services is giving customers realistic quotes on car jobs they need to do. I ensure that I get a price that suits the customer's needs.
• Time management and problem-solving – working here is very fast-paced, and it is a time-crunching environment. One of my responsibilities is getting every job booked in on time, ensuring there was no overlap between different ongoing motor jobs. This was a challenging task at times however I always managed to find a solution.
• I was responsible for handling and dealing with cash. This included collecting cash from the customers as well as also buying and handling car parts, ensuring I get the best deals for the customers.

• Admin experience and practical experience - I often went to viewings, ensured the property was up to standard, as well as showed around potential clients with my Senior Manager, which also gave me a better understanding of the industry. Doing so, I learned more about the practical side of estate agencies and all the work that happens behind the scenes.
• My conversational and communication skills improved a lot by working here. This is because many of the tenants and potential clients were from diverse backgrounds. I dealt with customer calls, as well as calls where I had to make sure the business had all the information necessary.

• Gained hands-on experience on a live construction site involving the restoration of 26 derelict houses for a housing association.
• Assisted in measuring individual properties and understanding the requirements for restoration at various stages of the build process.
