- Agentic platform & AI strategy: built the agentic AI platform now adopted org-wide across all 13 engineering teams, with ~80% of devs on the custom agents and spec-driven workflows. Own the shared skills repository other teams build on, run regular enablement sessions, and co-authored the company AI strategy with the Senior Director.
- AI security & governance: set the guardrails for org-wide AI use, putting policies in place to prevent unauthorised tool and MCP usage and standing up governed Bedrock agents for teams outside the custom workflows.
- Delivery leadership & org-wide tooling: took on delivery-management alongside the Tech Lead role and rebuilt how the team works. Automated Jira metrics into dashboards now used by all 13 delivery managers across the org, and replaced a two-day, 8-hour leadership review with a single 2-hour update, saving every attendee 6 hours a month.
- New revenue platform (cross-team): architected the badge-upgrade platform for VIP add-ons and paid sessions, spanning the mobile, registration, payments, and conferences teams, with session data kept private to each visitor by design. Since launching last month it has rolled out across 22 shows and is still growing, with an average 16% of ticket sales now including an add-on, both at checkout and on return visits.
- Offline-first floorplan service: architected and prototyped an interactive floorplan, then validated it live at a flagship show. Optimised the bundle size for low-connectivity venues, reaching 67% mobile adoption on show days against a 30% forecast.
- Applied AI product: designed and shipped a real-time RAG generative-AI assistant to production, lifting the North Star Metric by ~4 percentage points.
- Technical direction & standards: set department-wide standards (GraphQL, package governance, gateway policies) and shared NuGet/NPM modules. Led schema-stitching adoption and a zero-downtime Apigee hybrid migration, and drove production defects to near zero using Splunk APM and RCA.
