I am currently pursuing my BTEC Level 3 in IT at Uxbridge College (Hayes Campus) and I’m passionate about building a successful career in the IT industry by doing multiple projects and online courses and gaining certificates that prove my knowledge and expertise while attending networking events, job fairs and taking part in work experience in the IT industry to get more of an idea of the sector of IT I will pursue in my career. As a Laptop Specialist, I supported customers in selecting the most suitable laptops by applying my IT knowledge and Computer Science GCSE foundations to real world use cases. I focused on understanding how customers planned to use their devices and translated technical specifications into clear practical recommendations.
I advised across a wide range of laptops sold at John Lewis including Apple MacBook, Microsoft Surface, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Samsung, Dell, and Chromebook devices, matching hardware performance to user needs such as study work creative tasks and everyday use.

I work in a high footfall flagship retail environment combining technical product knowledge secure stock handling and ownership of the customer journey. My role goes beyond retail sales and involves using internal systems managing high value inventory supporting technical queries and delivering strong results in fast paced environments.
I regularly manage the full customer journey independently from consultation and stock checks through payment processing and post sale services while maintaining accuracy security and high service standards.

Activities and societies: I have indulged into some sports within the college such as basketball and table tennis I've had a passion for basketball and table tennis since high school and was in the basketball team in high school, On the side I also was interested in table tennis. I have indulged both outside and inside facilities. I have also played some piano inside college for fun I have also networked with many different people doing different and similar courses and gained work experience and jobs in doing so.
