I’m a dedicated and hands-on professional with experience across customer service, logistics, and team leadership. From working as a Senior Operative in a fast-paced distribution environment to leading night shifts as a Keyholder at Morrisons, I’ve developed a strong foundation in operations, people management, and customer experience.
I take pride in delivering excellent service, maintaining high standards, and helping teams run smoothly and safely. I’m passionate about working with people from all backgrounds, supporting accessibility needs, and making a genuine impact wherever I go.
Outside of work, I’m a proud dad of twin girls, a football lover, a gym-goer, and someone who enjoys good food, fashion, and family life. I’m currently looking to grow in a long-term role where I can bring value, continue learning, and build a fulfilling career.
I’m a Customer Service Specialist with a strong background across sales, logistics, and operations. Over five years at Sysco as a Senior Operative gave me hands-on experience with voice-picking systems, training new colleagues, and maintaining high safety and accuracy standards in a fast-paced distribution environment. I later worked as a Team Leader/Keyholder at Morrisons, where I oversaw store presentation, supported night operations, and ensured smooth deliveries.
My time there ended on 12/10/25.
Alongside these roles, I’ve gained valuable sales experience that sharpened my communication, persuasion, and customer-focused mindset. I’m confident working with people from all walks of life and pride myself on staying calm, adaptable, and professional — even under pressure. I’m now focused on finding a long-term role where I can contribute, progress, and continue delivering great service.
I completed my Level 2 Diploma in Business at college with a Distinction, which is equivalent to 5 GCSEs at grades A–C. This gave me a solid understanding of business principles, customer interaction, and workplace professionalism. Alongside this, I also achieved decent GCSE results, particularly in English and Maths, which have supported my strong communication and numeracy skills in the workplace.
Most of my development has come through hands-on experience, but I’m always eager to keep learning and progressing.
