I am currently employed at Iceland, where I initially began my role working on the tills. Through my dedication and hard work, I have successfully transitioned to take on additional responsibilities, including handling stock and continuing my role at the checkout. This experience has allowed me to develop valuable skills in customer service and time management.

I have previously worked as a telemarketer at Primestone Homes, where I engage with customers to identify their needs. I developed several key skills, including effective communication and active listening, which allowed me to engage with customers and understand their needs. I have also worked with Aquirity on the ScottishPower campaign, conducting door-to-door marketing to promote competitive energy solutions.
