With a proven track record as a corporate lawyer and a candidate for a Master's degree in Economics and Finance, I aim to transition my significant expertise within the infrastructure asset management space and my experience advising on instrumental transactions cumulatively valued above USD$20 billion into a dynamic and impactful role in high finance. Economics and Finance Masters candidate with a background in Corporate Law possessing expertise in Private Equity, Project Finance, and Infrastructure Development. I intend to transition to a career in finance. I have advised as the key associate on several market defining and institutionally significant infrastructure transactions in sub-Saharan Africa with a cumulative value of above USD$20 billion.
I also possess significant expertise within Nigeria’s infrastructure asset management space, advising across the life cycle of a majority of the registered Infrastructure Funds in Nigeria.
I am currently studying for a Masters in Economics and Finance at the University of Surrey. My modules include: Foundations of Finance - Investment and Finance, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, Quantitative Methods, Foundations of Macroeconomics, Foundations of Microeconomics, Applied Econometrics, Applied Policy Analysis. My dissertation is on – “The Financial Performance of ESG-focused Funds: A Comparative Analysis of Returns and Risk"
