Personal Profile 

As a skilled UI/UX design professional, I create delightful user-focussed customer experiences, by using innovative ideas and applying design thinking to solve problems. I prioritise accessibility and inclusivity, considering edge cases/minorities, as these lead to solutions that benefit everyone. Keen to engage in discovery, I am empathetic, curious and think outside the box; I thrive on collaboration, to gain knowledge and vital insights.

I strive to facilitate continuous improvement by being rapid and adaptive to change. I aim to be consistent and thorough, delivering suitable solutions which are desirable, feasible and viable.

As an effective communicator, I have liaised with key stakeholders at all levels, developing positive relationships/business for organisations in the UK and overseas. I confidently lead digital teams using Agile practices, working autonomously and collaboratively to achieve deliverables. I approach challenges with positive drive and meticulousness.

Marketplace Manager

EPE International Ltd, UK (Apr 2023 – Aug 2023)

• Managing multiple ecommerce marketplaces for a leading UK distributor of major brands in the Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) and Home /Garden retail sectors, reporting weekly overviews to key stakeholders.
• Conducting thorough audits and aligning content data to ensure correct product/brand representation.
• Utilising platforms such as Debenhams / Superdrug / B&Q (on Mirakl), The Range Plus, Mano Mano, Homebase and Wickes.
• Ensuring manual imports of offers and inventory, pre strategic business transition to automated API integrations.
• Focussed on regularly liaising with partner account managers to maintain transparency; I communicated updates, addressed bottlenecks, confirmed accuracy of web content and scheduled for ongoing workflow, promos and offerings.
• Facilitating the optimisation of online presence and implementation of change across ecommerce sites.
