During this placement, I worked closely with reception children, supporting them with classroom activities and daily tasks. I assisted teachers with organising learning activities while encouraging a positive and friendly environment for pupils. This experience helped with my patience and communication as I worked alongside teachers and interacted with both staff and pupils throughout the day.

I also developed the ability to stay calm and supportive in a busy environment, helping me become more adaptable and responsible. As a result, the children felt comfortable seeking support from me and staff trusted me with additional responsibilities. However, it could be challenging at times and took a lot of willingness and drive to adapt to different situations, although it was rewarding to contribute to the children's progress and grow in confidence throughout the placement.

I demonstrated motivation, co-operation, punctuality, politeness, and the ability to follow instructions effectively. Feedback from the staff highlighted that I was "fantastic with the reception class and the children have enjoyed working with Arya" emphasising my ability to form good relationships and the kindness I
