Aryj Khèrouf

Part II Architectural Assistant with almost three years of experience across two architectural practices in Guernsey, supporting residential and mixed use projects from planning through to technical drawing production. I am currently studying through the practice-based RIBA Studio route, validated by Oxford Brookes University, as I continue to develop towards Part III. I have also been professionally trained in Revit and BIM workflows, with experience working collaboratively on coordinated models alongside colleagues, consultants and project teams.

• Produced and updated drawing packages in Archicad for residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, including plans, elevations, sections and schedules.
• Carried out measured surveys and site visits, recorded existing conditions and updated drawings in response to design and construction changes
• Developed and coordinated Archicad models, plans, elevations, sections, schedules and construction details, incorporating information from clients and consultants

Architectural Assistant (Part I) at Lovell Ozanne (2023-10 – 2025-10)

• Produced Revit based drawing information for residential, commercial and mixed use projects across RIBA Stages 1 to 3, including planning drawings, plans, elevations, sections and schedules
• Worked within a shared Revit central model for a residential project, using worksharing to keep drawings coordinated across the team.
• Prepared visual material, presentation sheets and drawing updates to support client meetings and project submissions
