My Business is starting to form nicely and I am looking for work to supplement this. I have ample experience in the wellbeing to work and admin sector as a result of my work within Reed in Partnership over the last 3 years. I keep my work up to date, filed accordingly and plan ahead of interviews, meetings and group sessions to ensure that my caseload of clients needs are met appropriately.
I have utilised the standard applications to keep on top of my admin which is Microsoft word and Excel alongside the use of Power point Presentation when presenting information related to the job to my colleagues. I have hosted a number of morning kicks during my time at Reed in Partnership so I hold no qualms regarding public speaking.
Ideally, I am looking for part time work so that I can further support the growth of my business but am open to Full-Time hours depending on the job. I consider myself target driven (especially when the cause of great benefit to those that I am helping).
For more than three years I have been working at Reed in Partnership as an Employment Advisor. Getting a Cohort of over 60 people a month back in to work whilst overcoming barriers of which have been preventing these individuals from returning to work. The barriers can vary from work experience, age-discrimination, mental health and wellbeing support or even interview clothes.
From the first Initial Appointment, as an Advisor I will plan, develop and follow a tailored supported programme from my participant to ensure that their journey back into employment is successful but also finds them sustainable employment. Other parts of the role have included conducting meetings in front of colleagues as well as other corporations such as the Job Centre to sell the benefits of the programme to those looking to be referred on to the scheme in order to find work/develop professional skills to help with their pursuit of long term and sustainable employment.
Alongside this, I run a Personal Training business aiming at getting my clients fit through the art of boxing as well as Strength and Conditioning programming. This of which I run in an exclusive studio in Gillingham, Medway. I have been running this business for almost three years now as well as I have developed great skills in Admin utilising software such as Mettle to take in bank transactions from clients as well as keep track of receipts for materials, business meetings as well as personal use.
All of the aforementioned are tracked on a Spreadsheet before being sent off to my accountant to conduct the Annual tax returns. Running a business has emphasised the importance of time-management, attention to detail, organisation and consistency of workload when building clients, building rapport and retaining business each month. I have a undying love for what I do and it drives me everyday to be the best version of myself.
All of which is why I believe I excel within people orientated roles in the past.
I have also previous experience in Gym Membership Sales, Fitness Instructing, Group Class Exercise Instruction and I am also up to date with my First Aid at Work Certification.
I am educated up to an Undergraduate level having graduated from Writtle University College in 2017 with a BSc Hons in Sports and Exercise Performance.
I also possess relevant qualifications in Personal Training, Fitness Instructor, I have Level 1 Coaching Badges in Football, Lacrosse, Volleyball as well as Boxfit.
