Warehouse Operative at Husqvarna (2025-01 – 2025-07)
As a warehouse operative, it's essentially that I was to take a week course on how to work in a warehouse: health and safety, PPE (personal protective equipment), quality of product is important, as well as meeting targets set and completed, proper techniques to ensure product and equipment is stored and utilised efficiently and safely To protect yourself and those around you. The main priority is to work well in a team. I currently work in the assembly lines, i have worked several jobs such as track work, building, wire handling and packaging.
Care assistant at Akari Care (2025-08 – 2025-10)
As a care assistant it's my job to ensure that residents are listened to and treated with kindness and respecting their wishes, as well as taking care of their physical and mental needs. This would include monitoring their health conditions, their physical hygiene and appearance, their food and liquid intake and overall happiness while being in the home. We also have to be informative of the residents' care plans and health needs and need to provide a clean and stable environment.

Production Operative at Gestamp (2025-12 – 2026-07)
I was forwarded this job through the GEM Partnership Agency. As an Operative in Gestamp, my job is to learn how the Operative cell works and complete my task on target and without fault. Gestamp is a metal based, welding cell operation plant, so I am required to handle hot and heavy objects, using the correct PPE for any situation: handling metal, hot metals, fixing machines and restocking on my OP station.
I am also tasked with keeping paper records during operation hours, of any issues or concerns which could have affected production running time, as well as records of how many parts were completed throughout my shift. It is essential I communicate with team members on the operation line and my line leaders. This to ensure that if there is any fault or disruption during running times, that is quickly resolved and that the production can continue smoothly, and to ensure the safety of myself and others in case of injury or distribution on my station and to reporting anything that could be a potential hazard to myself or others as soon as possible.
There are team meetings that we attend to ensure and remind people of the rules and regulations of the workshop, as well as meetings of potential changes to work or incident reports. We keep ourselves well informed. Overall my job is to ensure my operative, and the operative line is running smoothly, any issues are reported to higher staff members, keeping myself and others safe during work hours, keeping records of incidents, issues and success, responsibilities over rules and regulations, communicating issues and coming up with solutions and completing targets safely and efficiently.
