• Handling Office Petty Cash and uploading of Journal Entry Company wise for the same
• Daily reconciliation of online payment (ATM card) and preparation of entries for the same
• Reconciliation of sub ledger of Accounts Receivables
• Creation of Purchase Order and Preparation of Payment Vouchers
• Preparation of cheques and B2B bank files and following up of invoices which are not received as per the Statement of Account
• Manage the receivables of the company and do the bank reconciliation
• Preparation of Invoices and following up with the customer on the status of the payment
• Preparing Daily Sales Report and Daily Sales Statement for the Top Management
• Preparing of Bank Statement in Oracle and manually reconcile it
• Assist in Month End closing
• Providing support and resolving the queries of external auditor as and when they arise
• Preparation of full and final settlement and reports for MIS
• Well equipped with Oracle Application and its uses
• Provide change money to the stores to enable smooth functioning of the business
• Following up with customers for payment status
• Maintaining cash flow of the company
• Negotiation with bank regarding rate for fund transfer
• Handle store Petty cash & upload the data in oracle, by preparing the journal voucher
• Getting the Store Petty cash voucher hardcopy to office and check whether the expense has been really incurred in the stores
• Preparation of shortage and fine and penalty data for Payroll
• Preparing Bank Letter for card refund to the customer
• Reconciliation of sales in the GL on daily basis
• Dispatching of employee's cash salary
