About

I am a motivated and ambitious individual who has developed a mature and responsible attitude to all tasks I undertake. I am currently a shift manager in my job which has given me excellent people managing skills being responsible for upwards of twenty staff members on any shift. This shift managing role has given me the responsibility to delegate tasks as well as undertaking a more responsible role even whilst working independently.

My ability to communicate concisely and clearly is unmatched and I am punctual, very reliable and willing to take on any task or training needed to progress personally and professionally.

Experience

During my time at McDonald’s restaurant I have progressed, within 4 years, from a crew member to crew trainer and currently to shift manager. This mobility has provided me with many transferrable skills that would serve me well in any future job. I am a reliable employee and I am given cash handling and safe management responsibilities.

There is a strict focus on hygiene in any kitchen environment and I have taken many cleanliness and food safety training opportunities as well as applying this training to my everyday job. As mentioned I have progressed to shift managing level and I am responsible for many employees and the overall working of a shift requiring excellent communication as well as personal rapport with crew members that I am more than capable of garnering. My friendly and approachable manner is useful when dealing with customers, whether it be order service or handling customer complaints.
