TIG Welder at CW Fletchers (2026-02 – Present)
At Cw Fletchers i am emplyed as a full time tig welder, welding parts for the aerospace industry, from commercial to military components, materials welded include titanium, stainless steel, inconel and nimonic, dailys tasks would involve being allocated speficfic jobs, logging on to that job, and following it through step by step until completion, the vast majority of my work was welding, but occassionally would involve some sheet metal and fabrication work.
TIG Welder at Radius Aerospace (2023-10 – 2026-01)
At Radius I was employed full time to Tig weld, welding titanium, inconel, nimonic & stainless steel, all parts welded was for exhaust systems, mainly for military projects, I worked on the c130 hercules bomber and the EH101 helicopter, from butt welding small and large pipes together to small bracketry, all welds was back purged and subject to a crack test before moving onto the next operation, some sheet metal work was involved but the vast majority was Tig welding
TIG Welder at MSSL GB LTD (2021-02 – 2023-12)
At MSSL i was working on the project Bombardier won, to build 65 trains forthe cross rail line in London, this was a massive project and we was working mornings nights and afternoons just keep to on track, sole duties was the Tig welding ofthe internal fabrications that made up the drivers cab desk to security camera boxes throughout the train, from fillet welds to butt welds and lap welds, the welding was diverse and ranged from 2mm to 5mm in thickness, a challenging and rewarding time, and a job we all managed to complete on time.
Stainless Steel TIG Welder at Eaton MEDC (2020-02 – 2021-02)
Here at Eaton I was employed as a full time stainless steel Tig welder, welding high spec security cameras for ships, oil rigs and the MOD, main duties would include and fusion weld of a flange to a pipe on both ends, then put a cap run overthe fusion weld, along with welding bosses and brackets on, quite a repetitive job but at the same time nice to do, a nice clean working environment, very professional and perfect welds every time
Sheet Metal Operator at Aero Fabrications (2018-03 – 2020-02)
At Aerofabs, my role was working on light fabrications to produce parts for the A320 aircraft, from shrinking and stretching of aluminum parts to counter sinking, rolling, drilling, tapping and marking out and forming parts using the appropriate jigs and tooling, I would regular do overtime to keep up with demand forthe parts
Grinder/Supervisor at GM 2012 (2011-05 – 2018-03)
Formally Grayson Millward, here at GM2012, I was set on as a trainee manual thread grinder, operating external thread grinding machines to grind threads on dies ranging from .7 mm to 6mm pitch as well as imperial thread sizes, this role was very challenging but rewarding, this job took some time to learn, it would consist of a roughing stage, before a wheel change to a higher grit wheel, then the form on the thread had to be dressed perfectly to size and shape to complete the finishing stage, along with external thread grinding i also learned how to use the internal grinder.

MIG Welder at Firber Engineering (2004-10 – 2006-07)
Daily duties at Firber Engineering consisted ofthe fabrication and welding of small and large, skips and containers, from single run fillet welds to multi pass welding, whilst adhering to strict health and safety protocols whilst executing tasks, ensuring a safe working environment. Interpreting blueprints successfully, resulting in flawless production output, And operating overhead cranes fortransporting large metal parts, improving workflow efficiency. the vast majority of my time here I was Mig welding, did did enjoy the fabrication side, which I performed well considering I was learning on the job.
