My title within this employment was Production Operative. Throughout the following months I became the lead figure in the fabrication area. Expanding on this new role, I helped develop new surface finishes and new techniques for resolving defects that were previously thought to be unrepairable whilst still achieving an excellent surface finish.

Due to the nature, size and my title within the company I gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience in time management, organisation and the delegation of mine and other's workloads.
