• Consulted with patients on over-the-counter issues and promoted self-care and adherence
• Trained and supervised new dispensary and counter staff, contributing to safer and more efficient service delivery
• Supported patients on substance misuse services through non-judgemental methadone and buprenorphine dispensing
• Adapted to high-pressure environments, including pharmacies dispensing 17,000+ items/month
• Proficient with PMR systems such as Analyst and ProScript and confident working across multiple sites with minimal induction
• N&J's Chemist: Exceeded 120 NMS consultations per month; trained new staff
• J Doctor Pharmacy: Second pharmacist in a high-volume branch; supported 15+ substance misuse patients; delivered COVID and flu vaccinations
• Northwood Pharmacies: Provided all Pharmacy First services and seasonal vaccinations; key support for over-the-counter consultations
• Jhoots Pharmacy: Managed medication trays for 200+ patients nationwide; liaised with surgeries and built rapport; handled high DMS workload and medication reconciliation.
