About

I am a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a strong passion for delivering results. Whether working independently or as part of a team, I adapt easily to the needs of the task at hand. I consistently meet deadlines, maintaining a strong focus on quality.

My reliability, punctuality, and work ethic make me a dependable asset to any team. I take pride in actively contributing to problem-solving initiatives and seeing projects through to successful completion. My want to mentor and empower young people stems directly from my own lived experience.

Through overcoming personal challenges, I've developed a unique set of skills and insights that enable me to effectively support young people facing vulnerabilities, including exploitation and serious youth violence. I can offer empathy and understanding, having experienced firsthand the very challenges they are navigating. My background in criminality, including involvement with drug supply and dealing, and my time spent serving a ten-year prison sentence, give me invaluable insight into the realities many of these young people face.

I've experienced the consequences of this lifestyle and use that experience to drive my work, aiming to prevent others from following the same path. I lead by example, with authenticity and a deep commitment to creating positive change. My lived experience is not only a source of strength but also a catalyst for empowering young people, supporting their growth, and offering education and guidance to professionals working alongside them.
