Pasture Management Assistant - Foxhill Farm - Keston, Bromley

Assisted with maintaining vegetation across the farm. Carried out duties to help with the care of horses in the stables, accurately and efficiently. Quickly learned to use tools safely and applied these new skills to the tasks I was given. The open field area had to be made safe before the livestock could be allowed to roam freely, improving efficiency and productivity. Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help with the other team members.
Toddler Daycare Staff - Woodside Baptist Church

In this role at the daycare center, I was given the responsibility of signing in and out the children and toddlers, taking down their names, parents details, including age and address, and whether or not there was any allergies ensuring the child's safety. I clearly communicated and coordinated with parents and co workers ensuring each child's specific needs and desires were understood. I effectively interacted with the children and helped them to work toward age-appropriate milestones.
I specialized in creating engaging and creative activities for the children whilst helping to ensure the satisfaction of parents as well via the supply of refreshments for parents and children. I always ensured parents and children were satisfied whilst helping to set up and set down equipment. I received positive feedback and compliments on my care and maturity.

Assisted in the organisation and smooth running of a national athletics event. I worked effectively as part of a diverse team, collaborating with staff of varying ages and experience and contributed to a successful event that received positive feedback from organisers.

I started working for my church's community café because I have a passion for helping others and embracing my community. I find value and unity in community and think it highly for shared goals to be achieved. I also enjoyed the opportunity to work with different people of different ages and backgrounds to perform the task of baking sweet treats such as cupcakes, cakes, flapjacks and anything else requested by the community.
I enjoyed this opportunity to get to know people better and form connections with a variety of people. We consistently committed to and made our deadlines of every Sunday of every week, ensuring that the baked goods were set up and showcased for the following Tuesday of every week. We received positive feedback, and personally, I received gratitude for giving up my time to serve my community and also compliments on my baking abilities from many members of the community café.
I continue to volunteer for the community café as it is something I feel passionately about.
Pet Sitter - Self-Employed

During this time, I cared for animals according to schedule and feeding instructions, and ensured they were taken out regularly. I cared for animals such as dogs and cats ranging from 1-7 days. I enjoyed this job because I got to look after people's pets and I also enjoyed the responsibility of taking care of other people's pets and caring for their needs. I received positive feedback with no complaints or negative feedback and all pets were returned to their owners safely and in perfect health.
