• Prepare and cook fresh meals daily for around 100 people, ensuring culturally appropriate dishes for diverse refugee and migrant communities.
• Support large-scale catering for community events, preparing food for up to 500 people.
• Cook a wide range of South Asian, Middle Eastern, West African, and fusion dishes including: Rice dishes: plain pulao, jom jom pulao, biriyani, chicken biriyani, khat jollof rice.
