I work as a Professional Services and Support Engineer for Qognify, a leading provider of video analytics, physical security information management (PSIM), and operational intelligence solutions.

In my role, I am responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling projects across the EMEA region, ensuring that customer needs are met and delivered on time and within budget. I also provide technical support and training to customers and partners on Qognify's products and solutions.
