Asif Rashid

I am a passionate credit controller with an interest in working small/medium teams to obtain as much debt collection. My drive comes from being a disciplined and dedicated professional within the debt collection industry previously.

I have worked in debt collection previously for Sigma Connected, Cash Plus Bank and Octopus Energy. I have been working hard to hone my craft and perfect my organisational skills. My biggest strength is my timekeeping, organisation and commitment to working alongside my team mates to ensure that we all are productive.

Notably I am renown for my skills in assisting others and product knowledge. My excellent organisational skills make me able to act as a first contact point for my team members and often I have been trusted in being the floor manager for new starters.

I have graduated in Media and Communication and studied psychology in my own time to understand better how I can apply certain tones and techniques to ensure maximum collection.
